This really was a great festival performance at the annual Merlefest, Dolly was in excellent voice and humour throughout, generally having a great time. Incidentally Chris Thile from Nickelcreek was playing in her band and he came in for some good natured ribbing from Dolly during the introductions. Hearing Dolly perform Last Thing on My Mind was a clear highlight, especially as the arrangement was taken a lot slower, making it so much more heartfelt than the Porter duet version.
